Postural issues can occur due to a poor sitting posture or they occur in those who have manual jobs where heavy lifting is frequently carried out. Issues with strains and pain in the lower and upper back can often become debilitating and worsen over time if not effectively treated.
Strains can also occur by forceful or repetitive activities, again such as lifting, and these cause tenderness and pain in the muscles or joints, which may result in weakness over a period of time.
