I’ve really enjoyed it. I’ve never done Pilates before and if I was a celebrity I would like for you to pop round every morning to do a session because I feel like it clicks everything into place!!

Ruth quickly identifies the cause of the pain, through manipulation and stretching the area I was able to walk without the pain after the first session.

The stick man exercises she draws are very easy to follow and after three more sessions I don’t have the ache I was living with either.

I would highly recommend Ruth.
